Hi there everyone,
I've got a problem with the new scanner i've just bought. I've installed the driver and software that came with it and that works fine though the computer doesn't seem to recognise the USB connection, so i can scan anything. I've unplugged and plugged the device in 100 times, restarted my computer 100 times and it doesn't seem to realise there is a scanner connected to it. Don't know what to do. the scanner is HP scanjet 4500c and my computer is a G5 with the Panther system.
