Newbie Poster
Hi everyone, just recently i have experienced major problems using the apple dvd player on osx 1.5. It just wont recognise dvds but cds are fine. I would be greatful for any help its driving me crazy!! thanx

They explained that there are two different lasers. One for CD and one for DVD. This is on an eMac 700mghzt combo drive. Fortunately it's still under warranty.
