Loading CPU

Sometimes when I boot up, the computer will freeze after you hear the POST beep and all it says:

CPU Loading

It will not move at all. What I have to do is a hard shutdown, wait 10 seconds and then boot it back up and it works just fine.

Suggestions?

My old junker is liek that... most liekly your power supply, take it to a hardware selling place and they'll tell you if it'll fix your problem...

Mine stopped after buying a new motherboard and processar
