I whant to ask for small help. I'm using Dreamweaver MX 2004, which is a great tool for web developer. Me only problem is I do not exactly like the automatic closing function for HTML tags.

Is there any way how in settings block/switch off this function??

Hi there-

Yes there is an easy way to do this:

edit >Preferences>Code Hints

then just uncheck enable auto tag completion.

Thanks for help, this is what I was looking for long time.
When I try to learn something new from book and have to follow line by line. It is not really welcome, when the tags get close automaticaly.

Thank you again
