Hi all. For those who do not know, Windows does not defrag the swap file when you run the defragmenter. PageDerag defrags the page file (registry included) which speeds up load times etc.
PS. Mods, please let me know if this sort of stuff is not acceptable practice here.

Diskeeper, a more complete version of the Windows 2000/XP disk defragmenter, does this as well. Microsoft actually licensed a lite version of Diskeeper for inclusion in the OS.

Pagedefrag is also free & does the job in about 30 seconds. Note: it does not defrag the whole drive, just the paging files & Registry hives.
