My ip address goes directly to my DSL modem

I finally got everything covered, except whenever you go to my ip address it goes to my modem configuration. I tried changing my ports from 80 to 8000 to 8100 with no success. Any thoughts?

If you're behind a router, you should setup port forwarding.
