I currently am looking for a theme designer for a lyrics website forum.

job pays $20-40 for the theme, not a whole lot in the theme, but need something that looks good (will pay more if I REALLY like the theme).

You do understand, designing a style for vBulletin (full style, full graphics, template modifications) takes at least 10-20 hours of work. 10~ hours for implimentation, longer for the design depending on the user.

Realisticly you are going to be looking at paying 20-40 dollars an hour

Someone could then resell the theme though, so they could make even more money on it. $30 is what I can buy pre-built themes for, I just don't want to spend the time to develop it after the prebuilt theme. The offer is on the table whether someone wants to take it or not.

You'd be surprised what you could do with CSS nowadays. I gave www.mod-rewrite.com/forum/ the Mozilla look in as little as 15 minutes No graphics, template changes only to the header and footer, and entirely in vB CSS
