Problem with installing Fedora Core1 on a dual boot system with Win98

Hi Guys,

I have a dual boot system with Win98 and Fedora Core 1. The hardware configuration of my machine is as follows:
Processor Intel P4 2.4 Ghz
HDD: 40 GB
RAM: 256 MB

I repartitioned my system and installed both the OSs. Everything worked fine for some days. But suddenly linux stopped booting. My HDD partitions are as follows (This is not a exact copy/paste from linux's fdisk and size are not exact to last bit):

hda1 7 GB Win 95 Fat 32
hda2 10 GB linux
hda3 520 MB linux swap
hda4 extended
hda5 10 GB Win 95 Fat 32
hda6 11 GB Win 95 Fat 32

I used DOS's fdisk to create the primary partition, Disk Druid to create the linux partitions and Partition Magic to create the extended DOS partitions and logic drives.

Is there some problem with the partitioning that I have done. Or this is the problem with the Fedora Core 1. Earlier I used to run RH 7.2 with same hard disk size but on my Celeron machine. Any idea how to resolve this problem.

Thanks a lot
