Two things to try. The first is to go to the View menu then choose Text Size and set it to a medium or large font. If that doesn't work, it's possible you're using a custom CSS. Go into the IE Tools menu, then to Internet Options. Under the General tab, click the Accessibility button towards the bottom. Make sure that all four options (formatting and style sheet) are all unchecked.
