Sound Card Help!!! Totally Baffled!

My Sound Card is really screwed up. It was working fine until a few weeks ago, when I put in a new keyboard. From then on, whenever I use an application that uses sound, a message pops up that says something like "No Sound Card Detected. Program will proceed without Sound."

When I go to the Control Panel and click on "Audio and Sound Devices", it says "No Audio Device". I'm using Windows XP. I think my Sound Card is made by SiS, but I'm not sure, it could be made by another company. If you need more info about my computer, just tell me! HELP MUCH MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

Is your new keyboard USB?
You may have a hardware IRQ conflict.
Have you deleted any sound drivers found in the device manager then run the add new hardware wizard

SIS cards tend to be iffy. I ahve 3 and only 1 works, UNIX and NT type systems seem to hate them
