i have a system with P4 2.4 ,512 mb ram, intel 845gvsr motherboard, 80 gb sata samsung HDD, the problem is that everytime i play a game the screen freezes and later crashes into windows. thereafter shows the message that the '.exe' file of the game encountered problems. it even sometimes shows that the iamlnrt5 display driver has stopped working properly. i've tried everything from installing latest intel provided display drivers to reinstalling windows(xp pro service pack 2). have even changed my motherboard once. the pc is just 1 month old. even checked directx and have the 9.0c version. the problem still persists.even checked the refresh rate of my monitor and the display settings. all are fine. HELP!!!

What Version of DirectX are your running..

Upgrade to the latest.

am running directx 9.0c.
