How to access the Win2000 OS System from Win98

I have two Computers one is having Win2000 and another one is Win98.
I would like to access Win2000 System from Win98 System.
How it is Possible.

assuming that you win2000 is NTFS , your win98 is fat32 file systems ,you would have to convert 2000 to fat32 ,as win98 will not run see or run on ntfs .
