I doubt that most of you will earn a significant amount from adsense so I'd recommend setting it up and checking infrequently, and always from the same computer. From what I've heard Google are fair and fast at sorting out errors.

I also recommend avoiding the creative techniques that are being promoted to improve your click-through-rates. Let the ads be seen to be themselves and people will reward your honesty.

The sites that pay to advertise don't want the user who thinks they've clicked on an internal link - they want the person who has seen the ad and thought that it looks interesting.

The user who is clicking on the ad wants to know when the click will keep them on the same site and when it'll send them off to another site. They don't like tricks. Keep them long enough and they'll return time and again - and be happy to click on the ads when they see something of interest.

Getting off my hobby horse now

I'm pretty new to adsense my self, 1st month. I think they'll keep me because I'm on the other end also paying them PPC. Page Per Click on google's 1st page under kids.
I can't do much spending so I'm doing the first two weeks of the month. Cost per click between 37 cents up to 50 cents per click. But, it works
I'm learning slowly, from a newbie

Yahoo has a similar program. You can try them.

Isn't there a pdf that helps people get re-instated into AdSense?
