I have the following PC:
Athlon XP 2500+
Epox 8RDA3+ Motherboard
ATI 9600 pro
1 GB PC3200
When playing a game, the PC suddenly froze and sound looped. I shut off the PC, then it would not boot back up.
I do not get a signal to the monitor. All the peripheral devices, motherboard and fans have power. The motherboard does not go through its boot sequence (as indicated by the LED's), but rather stays at it's initial "FF" state.
I tried a different video card and RAM, so I'm thinking either the motherboard or processor have died.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
