hotmail loggin issues

Ok... first off... i cant sign into Msn Hotmail.. but I can sign into Msn Messenger.. and the Zone.com just fine.. I can sign into my 2nd email accound just fine. But my other one hangs and says page can not be displayed.. I had my girlfriend try and sign in at her house, and it works fine. Or if I go behind a Proxy, that works also.. I duno whats wrong.. any help?
