hi .. i have read a few threads .. it appears i am having the same prob. hope you can also help me.

unable to open my document, my computer, and control panel.

also downloaded hijack this and was unable to open zip file.

i managed to download it in safe mode.

Run the process manager. Near the top right there are a couple of icons. Select the one to the left to copy to the clipboard. Paste the results back here.

Please do that in normal mode, not safe mode.
