Hey Guys, I have been using Cisco VPN for work related reason. Up til now I was using it with no problem. The problem now is I cant get connected and was told to uninstall it and reinstall it. Now, here's the real problem, It wont let me uninstall it. Even using it own unistall it didnt uninstall it. Even going to Add and Remove program, it did not uninstall it. I get the error message that says previsously removed software was not properly removed, computer needs to be rebooted. I did that tons of time and its still there. Here's my info on computer I use, Win Xp, 400 mhz, 448 mb, 30 gb. I even tried to contact tech support there NO LUCK there. Hoping one of you guys can help me get rid of it and install new one. Thanks!

Check registry for all accounts of Cisco... Remove them.

Then Check your Application Data and purge from there as well..

The uninstall is stuck in limbo.

How do I do that? I doubt that it will work but I'll give it a try.
