MP3 player problems

I just bought a NW-E1O3 PSBLK, and it came with sonicstage to put the songs onto the mp3 player with. I downloaded it, but it doesn't give me the option to send songs to my mp3 player when I'm in it, where it says I should. I have the USB cable connected, and it shows that I have it connected on both my computer, and the mp3 player, but it won't let me put any songs onto it
