Designing vbulletin and movable type skin for a Christian fellowship?

Hey my name is Arthur, I'm creating a website for a Youth Christian Fellowship. I have some experience with html coding and php but I don't think that I have the brains for customizing this site. Is there anyone here that is willing to help me out here? We're going to working with movable type and vbulletin. This is all going for a non-profit cause.
