Not able to print in Internet explorer and Outlook express.

Dear Sir,

Listed below are few of my problems.

1) Not able to print in internet explorer.
2) Not able to print in Outlook express.
3) Search assistant not available in WIN XP
4) Help and Support not available in Win XP
