Outlook address bar

Hi techtalk members - first time poster.

I've got a problem today in that the address bar is not opening on my i.e. 6.0 toolbar.

As per the above you can see it but you can't move it / open it and therefore I can't type in urls directly any more.

Any ideas?

can you right click the toolbar and unlock ,and then click on the address bar and drag the address bar down to the edge .

Thanks, Caperjack, but I'd tried that.

I've managed to resolve the problem but reverting back to an earlier system restore point. But I'm still none the wiser as to how this happened. It looked dodgy to me.
