Two days ago I had to reinstal Windows XP, the process went smooth and everything seemed to work just fine, but when I was reinstalling norton internet security the instalation process was being interrupted with messages saying "there was an error in the installation process"...

I have tried to reinstall norton internet security from my application recovery system disk and also from a brand new norton internet security package....but neither one works. I get the same error message.

Can someone tell me how to reinstall norton internet security again ?

Thanks to Symantec, we have many error messages to choose from. Please provide the EXACT error message as well as Norton's version #.
