Hi, the layout looks good to me, but the blue you used may be a little bit old fashion. I would suggest a brighter colour/blue that give a cool and fresh feeling to the users. When browsed using Firefox, the "Full Article" box is distorted (into 2 lines).

I like the layout and the colors you use are nice! I think you should consider putting a rollover effect on the table at the bottom of the page, but maybe not to grey, a different colour.
