Well, let me know if it does, thanks. you have a heck of a lot of programs that startup when you first start your computer. Download this program, and try and stop some programs that you don't really need from starting.
Starter: http://www.snapfiles.com/download/dlstarter.html
I also think you would be better off uninstalling MacAfee, and using AVG free. AVG Free: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download886.html

How many icons do you have in the lower right hand corner? It is your computer, so you should know what programs that you need to run, and don't need to run, at startup. MacAfee has 11 things starting up, at startup, that is probably your biggest problem.
As a comparison between yours and my computer, I have 20 items starting, while you have I stopped at 50...lol.

I'll tell you the truth I think that there is something wrong with my explorer.exe... it doesnt always show everything that should be there....
If I endtask explorer.exe and the restart it via the newtask function on the applications tab it shows me what I should be seeing.... I sometimes need to do this 2-3 times before I get everything...
Why do you think that is, and am I screwing my computer up by doing that>?
