Is there any way for me to hook it up the front sound jacks on my case? or do I have to have a P4 mobo? I have an asus p2b-f with a PIII-450mhz
and the case has fire wire and usb in the front any way I can hook them up?

Only with wires running from the back panel to the front. The Intel BX chipset only has 2 USB ports and no FireWire, so those would require either two PCI cards or one combined card. Some USB PCI cards have a jack for the front-panel jacks, as do some FireWire cards.
