Hey there! Glad you like TechTalk! I stopped by your site and really enjoyed it. I'm sorta busy now but I might sign up in a day or so.
The only criticisms I have are:
- The "article" button on the homepage is in the default purple vBulletin style.
- I don't really like the "Locked Forum" icon on the forum index page. Your "new posts" and "no new posts" icons are so stylish, you should do something nicer with the locked forum one too!
Other than that, great job! It really shows that you put a lot of work into it. And 300 members is definitely something to brag about!

Just visited your site. The design is good. (Not thrilled about the bright blue, but that's ok.
) I think there are some usability issues here.
Is this a news site? A forum site?
Maybe you should put "News" before you list the news. It just stresses what you're trying to accomplish.
If this a forum site? Trying to give Windows support?
Maybe you should unbury your link to "Windowsos Forums." If this is a big part of your site, why bury it in there with all the other options? It should stick out more.
No top left image? What's the name of your site? What is this site about?
Sure, you have the site listed as the <TITLE> but I think it should be more clear. When I looked at your site, I feel like I can still scroll up and see the top left image logo... but I can't.
Just my two cents.
