Physical path for the virtual directory

I have made a "Web setup" type project to deploy a ASP.net C# application. I cannot find the option to specify the physical path for the virtual directory where the application will be deplyed. By default it installs in "\\Inetpub\wwwroot".
Please let me know if somebody has a solution to it.

There is no such option with Visual Studio WebSetup project.
