I also need free game server hosting for a Halo PC dedicated server, i already have a successful clan on Halo PC it's called you can check it out at http://www.lsrevolution.proboards57.com/. but the real problem is i need a free dedicated server because i don't want 2 pay the real tight prices of $280 a year it's silly and also i havn't got a credit card so yer. most anying thing about not having a server is that we use servers that are not in use 2 recruit members. So that why I need hosting for a dedicated server for halo pc.

Hahahaha..... you guys think that someone should just crap out some money to pay for you guys? Don't think so.. but however i thought also about getting a server to Enemy Territory: RTCW. My thought is to upload files to a web hosting site (sounds silly yes) and run the game from there, but i havent gotten any proves to support me on this, so i'm just googel'ing until i stumble over something interesting xD. Good luck guys in getting those servers (even the chance is small for you) xD

uh, will that even work, because I highly doubt it, because unless the host specifically states that they allow you to upload game servers then I highly doubt this will work.

Well guys im sure no one is going to give out free game servers as the resources that some games take are not cheap. Lets say for instance. Battlefield uses a huge amount of bandwidth and lets be clear, thats not cheap in terms of game servers.
As a game server provider myself, we do give one month servers for free for various different things, but under no circumstances would i give one away free for life.

Also this bizaar idea of uploading to your web host server is crazy!

Im pretty sure first off there are probably hundreds of servers on that box... and when you upload it and start playing on it (lets say you manage to get it on) EVERYONES website would more or less crash or be impossible to load... slight hint to your provider.. and not only that would you have enough space? and bandwidth.. not only that im pretty sure tht your host would have the ports closed anyway.
Well i can tell you now its not going to work.
