Open Notepad. And add this.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
"Window Title"="tayspen"

Change tayspen to what you want it to say. now save this as a .reg file. Simply double click it and hit yes to the Question asking if you want to import it. Your done!

Great tweak!

It worked first time and has worked since. But I have another related problem. IE has a image put on by the supplier in the right hand corner and I would really like to change it. Does anyone have any ideas?

You can use TweakUI to change the logo.
while(sleeping)
    cat_wails();
wake_up();
for(i=0;i<9;i++)
    shoot_cat();
rejoice();
goto(bed);
