Apache download problem w/ port 80

I am having troubles running apache because of a port 80 problem. I have XP.

The apache web server (httpd server) runs on port 80 by default. Does your ISP block this port? What, exactly, is the specific problem you're having?

basicly it is saying that something is already using it. how do I find out what it is and disable it or redirect the other item? Thank you

You can download a program known as 'active ports' which will show you what is using port 80.
