Hi
For some nknown reason when I went to turn on my laptop this morning all of the windoes programmes looked different (Windoes XP), the usual blue bar at the top with the modern buttons had been replaced with the old style windows.
The laptop then turned itslef off and now it will not turn on properly.
It goes past the Windows XP screen with the green bar then a blue screen appears with a sysem error and mentions a memory dump.
The laptop then turns off again and tries to do the same.
I have tried starting the laptop in safe mode and with the last workign settings but the same screen appears.
Anyone able to help.
Andy
