Well I own a rather old Pc and I'd like some serious advise in order to overclock it without danger if possible. It's a Pentium 4 1.7 GHz
socket 478.I'd like to push it about 300MHz up but I don't know what changes do I have to make ,apart from the multiplier, to the voltage of the processor e.t.c

I don't know what other info is needed so tell me...
Other specs:256MB SD Ram
40GB HDD
Windows XP Prof SP2
Motherboard: Chaintech CT-9BIA
Knowledge is power but sometimes ignorance is bliss...!

Better way to run a PC much faster is to upgrade RAM
U can upgrade ur RAM
