Hi,
I have already made some changes to my site to improve the navigation and the length of visit (going from 15s to 37s average). I'm looking for more suggestions. How can I improve it? The goal is to reach 1min (as reported by Google Analytics).
Thanks, regards, S.

What type of things have you already done to go from 15 to 37 seconds? I wish my average would even be half of what yours is!! On the homepage, can you maybe put an introductory paragraph illustrating what the site does. It's not a good idea for the description of what the page offers to only be visible in the title bar.

I have added the informational popup ("All the links are safe..."). I have also moved the navigation bar from the bottom to the top (except on the homepage).

I agree. But the design of the homepage is extremely important. I really want to display only the screenshot. Already the popup is a compromize. Maybe I could extend it a bit and add one or two sentences. Thanks for the feedback.

I understand you want simplicity and just have a screenshot. But a screenshot means absolutely nothing without a description or explanation of what it's a screenshot of.

But this is all the dilemna.
There is some info (faq, value, blog, ...), a dozen of pages that are reachable from the taskbar. The main problem is the taskbar is not visible on a small screen when using IE (missing property:fixed).
