Outlook 2003 Signatures with Exchange

Okay, we have Office 2003 and, therefore, use Outlook 2003 which we connect to our Exchange 2003 server.

Our problem, although minor, is that once someone makes a custom signature in Outlook it does not automatically reapply the next time Outlook is opened. You have to manually reapply the signature.

Now, I know that the OWA allows users to store a custom signature AND retains it each time OWA is used. But that is not a trick that the "old dogs" want to learn...even if it is simple.

Since Outlook signatures are not stored on the Exchange server, does anyone know a work-around that will automatically re-associate a custom signature in Outlook when Outlook is opened??
