I may be. But not exactly link-exchange. Yes I link to theme based Web site from there. I may be very selective for that. There's ad-space and paid links also.
Listing in 'scholarship.mediasworks.com' is for donors and related non-profits as explained there.

If AdSense pays to me: I've about 500-700 visitors pm and about 3000-4000 page views.
I think, its t00OO less. What's your opinion?

500 to 700 visitors is fine in the starting of using Adsense. And also one thing you ever know Google adsense is pay for number of clicks.
So i mean to say you have to place adsense in that postion where every visitor definantly click on it ((
