Blocks in explorer header bar

When I open Internet Explorer, in the header bar no text appears as normal, only a series of small rectangular blocks. Any ideas as to what causes it, and how to change it back to text?? Any help appreciated!! Thanks.

Download the file ChgIEtitle.vbs from here. Then run it and using it restore the default value of IE Title Bar text.
