Help. I had purchaced DVD X Ccopy from 321 Studios. My computer crashed, and I can't reload it. Now there is no tech support. :cry:

What error message are you receiving? What if you go into Add / Remove programs and try uninstalling it, and then reinstalling it?

update: I just noticed you posted in the Linux forum. Are you using Linux ??????

I get a dialogue box that requests a password and license Id. #. The ones I enter are not accepted. A dialogue box states they have already been used.
