Sites with this type of design were common on the internet when I started to use it… 15 years ago… now-a-days it is only found on “retro” sites..

You need to rebuild your entire site, and logo.. I think…

A small advise: I thing this is your first site.. right? Well.. I learned a lot by imitating.. copying other’s sites .. This way I started to learn how to use the design programs and I started to learn HTML. I think you should start to do that…
And wend you start to feel confident with those tools (design and HTML), and only then you can start to build good sites…

First learn what the potentials of your tools are, then see how other people have used that potential to build their site’s … and then start to build your own..

This is the methodology I use every time I need to build a site… I think you should use it..
