I Got a MobiBLU 1500i 1gb mp3 player for christmas
i thought it didnt work because it was not recognized
on my computer so i sent it back after trying several times
to get it going and i recieved another one
when i plug the new one into my computer
its recognized but when i click on
the removable drive there is no files
its completely empty
it wont let me drag files or create folders on it
i restart the computer and reset the mp3
it lets me Format. but only for
a few seconds then stops and gives me an Error
saying cannot be Formatted
(wont give me the format option anymore)
then again the removable Drive is Empty
i tried this with two computers (Both Dell)
I have a Dell Dimension 3000
XP home edition service pack 2 -RAM 512
I did go to the Mobiblu Support Page, i tried their posted
tactics or what ever they had and it didnt work so i tried contacting them, they wont answer the phone they just ask to leave a voice mail. i emailed them the problem six times with out
receiving a response
Can any one help? i would really appreciate it
Thanks
