Ok, I play neopets, I also help people in neopets. I want to know if i take a picture of neopets, the caption contest picture, and add a place to put text and then use tht would that be against the law? also my guild on neopets is a narnia guild, i want to know if i take pitures from a google image search of from disney.com would that be illegal? thank you!

I'm guessing so. Most pictures from Disney are copyright protected. To use those pictures would be an infringement of copyright regulations - especially if you intend use them in the public domain.
However, changing or modifying those images may be allowable...
In short the internet encompasses a vast expanse. You could probably get away with it, without anyone knowing.
Whether you choose to or not is up to you.
