When i try to download a file off the internet, say the update to itunes or Xfire, it will download it, then when you go tu "run" the file to update your original program it comes up with an error saying:

internet explorer-security warning
...........................
Publisher: unknown publisher
.....................................security has blocked this file as no digital publisher could be verified.

something along the lines of that.
What could this be about? is there a way i can sort this out as it is quite an urgent problem, i cannot download anything that requires me to run it afterwards such as itunes updates, patches, and so on...

If you have any ideas il try it!??
