I developed darker shaded lines on my monitor. These lines extend vertically across the page. They are extentions of text or lines.

I bought a new monitor as I thought that was the problem, but I still have them. The text is not as distinct and clear as it was previously.

Could this be a graphics card problem?

The graphics card in use is a NVIDIA TNT2 Model 64. It is in a Dell machine. What card would be comparible to this one? I can't seem to find it on the internet anywhere.
