problem with sending file over network using server/client

Hi friends.
I hv got a problem while sennding a file form one computer to another over network (lan).
I can send data using server and socketserver but can not send files from one computer to another.

can any one help me plz.
or can mail me on rishik_data@rediffmail.com

Files are data... So you can send files if you know how to read and write them
As people are clearly allowed to attack me but I'm not allowed to defend myself, I no longer post to this site.
