PSGuard infected!

I've been infected with the Malware PSGuard and I can't get rid of it with Ad-Aware. Can someone help??

I am not sure about ad-aware, there are a couple of variants of psguard and some of them are cleaned by ad-aware, if you have got some nastier version of this nasty spyware give a try to these free removal instructions for psguard
