Page size wider than setup

I have bit trouble with a long word document. Page has been set up in A4 paper, but the paper appears wider so the text looks reduced. The screen shows clearly that paper width exceeds the setup 21 centimeters set up for that type of page. I've tried with setup settings without results. There is no way to change page size to the real paper size selected.

Can anybody help me please??? Is urgent.

Have you thought about selecting CTRL + A, for select all, then copy the contents, and paste into a new document?

There is a good chance this is due to Word showing in one or more locations changes to confirm (Track changes is on) or comments have been added to the document somewhere.
