i was wondering what you people thought of my site

as its not ranking as well as we hoped as we have been told, it is in the google sandbox, so what do you think of the design and what could we do to improve it.

The text is way too small. Also, it's hard to read because it is dark grey text on medium grey background. Also, the menu options seem a little "dingy" ... consider brightning them up, drawing more atention to them, and encouraging them to be clicked on, and encouraging the web surfer to browse around more. Highlight the areas you want people to take notice of in brighter less dark / dingy colors ... in other words, the grey can be a little depressing. Colors can depress people, and no one wants to spend money when they're depressed

If you want to stick to a grey color pallette (which is fine) consider doing something like www.thinkgeek.com ... it's still grey, but white and yellow balances it out.

It doesn't render well in Firefox. The flash gets too big and covers up the neckstrap picture. The menus don't look right either.
