My dad's computer is messed up. One thing is that he can not get Windows Media Player. I've tried installing it and it won't install. The other problem is the internet connection. We have Juno and he can not use the icon on the desktop. He has to go through Network Connections and manually type in a phone number to connect to Juno. But when he does, it takes a long time to connect and if it connects, he gets disconnected a lot. My computer does none of this so I know it's not the connection. What other information should I provide to get help?

We're also trying to install Verizon DSL and his computer won't read the install CD.
