I love your graphic skills. However, it's hard to tell exactly what your site offers. The splash page doesn't add any value because it doesn't have any content, explain what the site is about, explain who would be interested in the site, etc. Therefore, if I were to enter from the splash page, I would probably just leave ... while it's an amazing graphic, it's "unproductive" in the impatient world of the WWW where people want to get what they want quickly and in as few clicks as possible.
I also think that you should tailor your text copy to read a little more easily. It seems a little "cryptic". For example, "You need a barrier free version of your website to approach new customers?" In layman's terms, what does this mean? Don't give me cryptic buzzwords that makes it sound all elaborate and something I can't understand. Tell it to me in simple easy to understand terms. "I can get you more business." There! Now *that* I understand!

Hi cscgal...
First, thanks for your review.
Thanks!
Well, we thought to (clearly) describe what we are doing on the service page.
However you have to know some background: our page was first adressed to the
german public. So the text, we originally wrote, is in german and differs from
other small companies here in germany offering web- and software development.
Many of them just write, they do anything at any price. This follows a trend
here saying "being stingy is cool". I think you agree, that no one can offer
his (higher) services at (very low) prices. So we intended to adress our
public with a different way of "texting". But our goal is and was to get
the texts clearly and understandable by anyone.
Form our logfiles, we noticed a lot of visitors to our site from the states.
In order to get the site understandable for english speaking people, we let
translate our german texts by a translator. As you see, I think my english
isn't good enough. So may be, that his work wasn't so good as we thought and
the texts seems to be too complicated. So, thanks again for your review. We will
overwork them. Perhaps, you have some ideas.
Well, we originally thought to only publish a flash version of our site. Unfortunately
a lot of users here disable browser plugins, in this case they will see nothing. So
we implemented a static version of the site and let choose the user what he will see.
Another effect of this, is to demonstrate, that's possible to get very similar designs
for a static and flash version of the site.
Best regards
