I'm fan of the orange, but I think it might be a bit too bright. In the main form with the big go button, you might consider setting .com up to be the default enabled radio button option.
After entering daniweb into the text field and clicking go, nothing happened.
Also, I would consider moving the Terms of Use to a subpage and linking to it in your footer. There is no bigger turn off than legal mumbo jumbo telling you your rights all featured on a site's homepage. It could be a little intimidating.

I really like the orange scheme. It looks really comforting. There are lots of hyped up red pages out there and I think the orange creates a much warmer feel without the pressure.
I dont know a whole lot about web design, just really looking around for designs for myown site, I really like the look you have created. Very schmik. Nice work.
