:-| I seem to have contracted another virus on my computer... argh.

This time it is w32.spybot.worm. I've heard of this virus many times before, never had it myself. My daily symantic coorporate edition detected it earlier today and I already followed a few instuctions from their main virus removal site to get started. However, I was hoping one of you could help me out in assuring me that my computer is now safe from all threats.

There you are. Also, I feel as if you should know that I use both a subscription version of Spysweeper (by webroot) and Symantic Coorporate Edition. I also run firefox to ensure just a little more safety than IE.

Then I would say your clean . To keep your computer running how it should be, use numerous anti spyware/virus programs, and scan often. For a list of some good ones have a look here.

HijackThis has a bug with its 023 lines showing (file missing) when its not missing

Where did Symantec say it was detecting this file?
